March 2018: Arrived on time, comes with sturdy carry case. Unit is well made. Easy to use, just charge the Li-ion battery and press the button to start. It talks to you, but it’s not annoying, ‘Ready for treatment, place on head’, …’Five minutes remaining’, …’Treatment No. 2 completed.’ If you take it off your head during treatment the lights go out. With it back on the head the lights come back on, and she says, “Treatment resumed.” It shuts off after 20 minutes. Overall very good design. No discomfort. My wife is using it also. I plan to start with one treatment per day, five times a week, M to F. If any negative results, will reduce to three treatments a week, M-W-F. The instructions say to use it “at least twice a week” and “allow a full 24 hours between treatments.” I expect to see some improvement in existing hair strength after two months, 50 treatments. I expect to see new hair re-growth after 12 months, 260 treatments. I am 58 years old, and get my hair cut about once every ten weeks,… so not much happening up there in one month.April 2018: I plan to update this review each month with progress, if any. May 2018 update: It’s working. Using six days a week. After 42 treatments I see stronger hair, the wavyness is coming back, and small new hairs coming in. I have a small red birth mark on my upper forehead, my hair line was well above this mark,, now I see fine hair next to and in front of it again,… the birth mark is not moving up my head! The hair line is moving back down. Increased to 5 stars.
February 2019 Update. We continue to achieve great results. More thicker stronger curlier hair. The hairs that come back are the same color and texture as before. For several years [from about age 54 to 57] I was going about ten weeks between haircuts. Last year I after I started using the Theadome red laser hemit I got my hair cut every six weeks. Now, after nearly a year of treatment, I get my hair cut every three weeks, as I did when I was in my thirties,, the computer at GreatClips is keeping track. The lady at GreatClips can easily see the difference and told me, “Just keep doing exactly what you are doing.” The customer service at Theradome is excellent. The company stands behind their products.
I have been using the Theradome for about 9 months now, and it is really working for me. BT (before Theradome) I was getting very thin on top and sides, losing a lot of hair, even had to move the part line on my chin-length bob. My hair is wavy/curly, and I blow it out straight. AT (after Theradome) I have a nice crop of wavy/bushy hair on the top, sides and back, and even bangs (although I haven’t cut bangs for years). The effect of the new growth on my hairstyle is ridiculous, but constant proof the Theradome is working. In the beginning I also used women’s Rogaine, but I’ve stopped using it regularly and will likely discontinue it altogether. I think by summer the new hair will be long enough to smooth into my usual hairstyle. I chose Theradome over the other products because it covers much of the head and has a greater number of effective lights than other brands. I can wear it when I’m walking around the house, sitting or standing, and at this point I barely know I’m wearing it. I like the recording saying the treatment number when treatment begins, counting down at 15, 10 and 5 minute intervals, and saying when treatment is complete. It holds a charge for several treatments, and recharging it is simple and easy.Envious of my success, my husband started using it a few months ago. He has been using men’s Rogaine for many years, and after adding the Theradome treatments he is getting some new hair, but it is not as dramatic as my results.
I rarely write reviews and like you I was extremely skeptical, I purchased this Theradome and have used multiple times a week since Nov 2016. It has made significant difference to strengthen and maintain my hair, regrowth is slow and the helmet therpy is only a step. I added DrFormulas HairOmega 3in1, and my hair is healthier and thicker. The combination nutrition and helmet does show significant results. Give it 6 Months and take the before and after pictures. Don’t waste your money on the extended warranty the product is durable and Im up to 240+ treatments.

I have always had fine thin oily hair. When I started getting almost bare patches on top and my scalp got itchy I went to a dermatologist. She told me this was due to decreased estrogen and that a lot of her patients were helped by minoxidil (use a generic because it’s a lot cheaper than the brand name). I started minoxidil, but twice a day was a real pain. I read an article in the New York Times about the Theradome and checked it out. Since the instructions said some users had gotten even better results using both minoxidil and the Theradome and I was already using minoxidil, I decided to try the Theradome 3x/week and continue using minoxidil, but only once a day at night. I was very pleased with the results, My scalp no longer itches and my hair has gotten thicker, is no longer oily, and the regrowth of hair is now obvious. Yes, you have to continue using it or you revert back to losing your hair, but to me it’s worth the effort.

I have been using the Theradome PRO LH80 for 5 years. Initially it stopped my hair loss and then it grew new hair. My original hair was straight, fine and without any body. Today it has more body and is slightly waved so it looks fuller. It is easy to use as you can just wear it while working at the computer. I got excellent results with twice a week usage. I think it is especially good for women.

Love this machine. Really gets so much of your head. U can walk around. Easy to juice up every 3/4treatments or so. Comfortable and worth the money. Been using for maybe a year now along with propecia and minoxidil. Am a woman in my 60’s. Also take iron and b vitamins. I think all of it together helps except in the frontal area of my head. But my hair is definitely thicker so I will continue using everything……my hair looks normal nothing that one could now notice and that’s a good thing.
It helped me grow hair. After just four weeks of four-times-per-week treatment, along with taking biotin, shampooing my hair less often and less vigorously, massaging my scalp twice daily (15 unidirectional strokes with a boar bristle brush over each thinning part, and daily sun exposure, I noticed a reversal of my hair thinning. Two weeks later I noticed my hair getting fuller. After five months, it stopped turning on, but the company immediately made it right. (They even sent me a couple free bottles of biotin gummy bears for my trouble!) Without the use of the Theradome, but continuing the other interventions, above, my hair maintained its gains….for about three weeks, until it started thinning again. I can’t wait for my new Theradome!! Now the details: 1) I have a really big head, and it was plenty large for me, including shining on my receding hairline in front. 2) It does not interfere with other activities; I routinely drove to work with it on; although it does feel a little odd. 3) The mechanism by which it pauses when you take it off your head during a treatment, always works, but seems inconsistent about what happens when I put it back on my head. 4) I think it needs to be charged every week; I would use it until it died (during the second week on one charge), and that may have contributed to its later malfunction.
Decision making is not always a clear cut and exacting exercise. You want to make good decisions because you want to maximize the benefits that you receive from them. Rational people usually base their decisions on what they know, sourced expert knowledge, and probably most often others experiential knowledge. That being said, I chose the Theradome PRO LH80 because I wanted to maximize the best possible outcome for my situation. As many of you I have I used Minoxidil over the years, and sporadically other oral medications, with limited positive results. I had also tried a minimal course of hair replacement surgery in the early stages with less than optimal outcome. The loss continued, albeit more slowly, over the years and recently entered the unacceptable stage. I knew chemicals and surgery where not going to give me the benefits that I wanted. Checking the current state of the science I came across a couple of Australian doctors, experts in hair restoration techniques. They are on YouTube, look for “The Hair Loss Show” if you are interested. They give a good survey of the current state of the art options for treating hair loss. It was from them that I learned of using low level laser light therapy for hair loss. Not a perfect solution, but one that fit my current needs and I believed would give me the best chance for success. In doing additional research I saw the advantages in using medical lasers vs LEDs in the treatment process. Armed with this knowledge I went into the market to see what was available, but more importantly what was seen as effective by others. Based on reviews and testimonials from the public I saw the Theradome Pro LH80 as my best option. It offered the best possible solution for the price for me. A leading factor in choosing the LH80 was the customer service shown by the company. All things electrical break down sooner or later. I saw that the company stepped up and stood behind their product. This was a big plus for me, and as it turned out useful as I had a problem with my unit which they corrected quickly. Never leaving me to feel like I was on my own. As for the results? I am just getting to the five-month mark and I am seeing stronger existing hair and some new hair sprouting. A much better result than the Minoxidil, which I have stopped using. I will try to update over time. Is it the best choice for you? Only you can make that decision, make the best one for you

This absolutely works – greatly reduced loss & definitely encouraged growth. Used for early stages of hair thinning – prior to use was beginning to see scalp, no longer a problem! Huge investment but has paid off. Used more often than instructions – 3x weekly (instead of 2x) 1st few weeks and now bi weekly for maintenance, used on dry hair (not damp). No side effects, never used with any other growth product – this alone solved the problem. Must be diligent, disciplined to use regularly.
I have two Theradomes, the older louder one volume version, and the newer quieter one. I worked for the leader in hair restoration, when I first tried using Theradome. I had thinning around the front of my hair and some thinning in the middle. At this time, my hair was short, so I couldn’t hide it very well. However, the reason I tried the device wasn’t a selfish one, I wanted to know if the device I was supposed to try to sell, actually worked. It does. That said, you need to see a physician, preferably a Board Certified Urologist, Dermatologist and/or Plastic Surgeon who specializes in hair, before trying anything to regrow your hair. LET ME PUT THIS IN CAPS, ONLY SEE A PHYSICIAN THAT SPECIALIZES IN HAIR. You’re not profitable to the ones who aren’t, and you’ll often leave your appointment confused and devoid of any answers or new info. I’ve seen it happen far too many times. I’m not being paid for this and I have no affiliation with my former employer. However, I learned a lot from the surgeon I worked with, and I learned a lot from our patients, and from practicing patience. Until you know the root cause of your hair loss, don’t spend money on pills, products or devices. Hair grows in cycles, results aren’t going to happen overnight. I’d say to wait six months, before taking progress pictures. If you’re a man and you’ve lost hair in the front and your skin is smooth and there are no follicular openings or fine hairs visible, you will almost 100% need hair restoration to have any chance of regrowth, in that area. LLLT, Rx medication, PRP and HT, work for most, but not all. They also all work best, in the crown area. You may need a combo of two non-surgical treatments or a better diet. If you’re a man and you have hair loss in your family—anywhere on either side—your chances of losing hair increases. If you’re a man and you have hair loss on both sides, you’ll probably have greater hair loss, and it will probably begin at an early age. If you’re a black woman and you’re losing hair in the center of your scalp and it’s starting to fan out, you need to see a Dermatologist who specializes in hair immediately! I could go on, but again, I’m not getting paid for this. Just see a doctor first. Theradome is amazing, for me. It worked for me. I saw a Board Certified HT surgeon and a Dermatologist prior to using anything. Take care of yourself good humans. Bye
In current market, a good hair stimulating laser devise would cost you at least 5 times more than what you can get with Theradome. They did a really professional job and I already got 3 for my friends.

I bought Theradome for my Mom when I noticed she had started thinning at her part. It took my Mom about 8 months to really see a major difference and she was wearing Theradome 3 x a week. I have now completed my 55th treatment. I have not only seen a substantial increase in new hair, but my hair stylist comments on the increase every time I see her. I urge everyone to read the complete instructions before using. In my haste to get started, I just read the quick start instructions and started using this every day. After a couple weeks, I read the complete instructions and it said that daily use might actually decrease hair growth and I also discovered that it should be used on freshly cleaned hair, free of hair products. After that, I used it every other day for about 3 months. I have noticed my hair is so much easier to style and I believe that is because I have more hair and I don’t have to worry about combing my hair every which way to hide the bald spots. Now I use the Theradome about twice a week and that seems to be maintaining my new hair growth. It is kind of a pain to wash and dry my hair, put the theradome on, then wet my hair again in order to style it, but it’s a small inconvenience for the benefit of getting back my hair. The helmet is super easy to use and I can feel the light sensation on my scalp. It actually feels very good. It is somewhat hard to say if I had not started using it what my hair would look like but I can assume the helmet is working well and I am happy so that is all that matters. I was skeptical when I first purchased my Theradome Pro, so I took a “before” picture of my scalp. The first thing I noticed was my hair stopped falling out. Somewhat skeptical at first, but I knew that this was a therapy used in doctor’s offices before it became available to the general public. I have a history of female hair loss in my family and have taken some major steps to combat this – I take finasteride (limits fall out) and use minoxidil foam (promotes growth). But, five weeks after starting using Theradome the results have been REMARKABLE. My hair feels thicker overall, and there is no doubt new baby hairs growing in. It used to take me about 10 minutes to blow dry my hair, and my brushes would be full of hair 🙁 . Now it takes up to 20-25 minutes to dry my hair! I’m NOT COMPLAINING! My husband is using Theradome too, and he has seen decent growth coming back (although his might take longer, since he has lost more hair). We are both in our mid-fifties and live healthy lifestyles, but usually there is no way around hair loss. Well, now there is! I highly highly recommend this product. I read about 100 reviews (due diligence!!) and just to LYK, we have had no issues with re-charging or holding a charge. We kept the box JIC. Theradome is easy to use while relaxing, while reading or while watching television. The helmet counts the treatments and keeps a running total. It can remind you of how long is left in each session. If you do not like this feature you can turn it off. You can also adjust the volume.

However, from personal experience I can say the service after the sale is important to Theradome. The customer service is outstanding. I can’t stress this enough. This company went the extra mile.

Bought my Theradome about a month ago, so far very pleased with the product and the company. The helmet is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I registered my helmet on the Theradome website and customer service has been very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The voice that guides you through your treatments is not intrusive and it is helpful to track how many treatments you have completed. The company states that it can take 6 months to start seeing results, so I will update this review in the coming months but very excited about this product so far!

I have two spots where my hair was thin. I saw some improvement in that area but lots of new hair in others so my hair is now thicker than before. This took two months before I saw some results.
If I were to rate Theradome, I would give it 1 billion. I am beyond satisfied. My physician recommended that I buy it when I started realizing that my hair was falling out and I used it. My hair started to regrow and thicken and all the areas that were balding started to regrow. My mother and my older brother hairs are thinning and I will buy it for them. You can wear the helmet at home while you conduct normal everyday activities or just watch TV. It is only 20 minutes a session and gives you time left updates. My hair loss has stopped since I have been using it. And if you have any problems or questions, their customer service is second to none. Very responsive and accommodating. If you are concerned about your hair loss and want to do something about it, I recommend considering this product.

Great and Amazing Product. I have had the Theradome PRO Laser Hair Growth Helmet LH80 since September 2017 and have been using it every night. It is very easy to use, perfect size, lightweight, and very comfortable whenever it is on my head. I just watched TV or iPad while using it and it only takes 20 minutes every night. I have noticed an improvement in my hair density over the past 3.5 years. Of course, it won’t give you an apparent result in a short period of time, but just be patient and use it every night, it will definitely show some improvement over time.

Theradome is Fantastic. The Theradome is easy to use. Only twice a week and after a few months I noticed less hair falling out as well as new hair growing in. My charger broke and I emailed the customer service. within 24 hours they called me. I did not answer that call, but they tried me again the next day. I have used the Theradome helmet for over a year. I had thinning areas, shedding and a bald spot. After one month, no more shedding and the bald sport started filling in. By three months my hair was overall healthier. By six months my hair was growing nicely all over my head. I highly recommend Theradome if you have problems with hair loss of shedding.
Legit laser diodes, as where many of the competitors have LED lights (just take a cheap flashlight if that’s what you want). The laser diodes make this a very effective treatment. I can actually feel it. I see a difference. I’m glad I purchased it. I’ve already recommend this product to others and figure I’d do that here too.

This absolutely works – greatly reduced loss & definitely encouraged growth. Used for early stages of hair thinning – prior to use was beginning to see scalp, no longer a problem! Huge investment but has paid off. Used more often than instructions – 3x weekly (instead of 2x) 1st few weeks and now bi weekly for maintenance, used on dry hair (not damp). No side effects, never used with any other growth product – this alone solved the problem. Must be diligent, disciplined to use regularly. Wish it were lighter weight so only gave 3* for ease of use.

I have had 9 sessions with the device so far. Using it for about 3 weeks. I have to say, compared to other laser devices I have used (this is my third), this is so much easier! I don’t have to move it across my head, the audio notifications of progress are great, its relatively comfortable, I can do things while using it, the battery charge seems to go on for much longer than I expected. It’s lightweight, really easy to use. I have to wait a few months to really see if I can tell a different in my scalp, but just from an experience and function perspective this is a winner..

It’s very easy to use while working on a computer or watching TV, etc. It’s hard to say if it works yet. I’m only on the 10th session. I’m using exactly as directed. Slightly less hair falling out,,, maybe. That could be my imagination. We’ll have to see after a few months, but thumbs up so far. Way easier than special scalp shampoos and other chemicals. If this does work, even a little, it’s worth every penny. It has zero impact on my busy schedule unlike chemical scalp or hair treatments.
I’ve been using it for 4 months and I can honestly say I’m so happy with the results – my hair feels healthier, there isn’t as much falling out and my bald spots are starting fill in. I do use it almost every day which I think has helped. When I started I wasn’t sure if it would work for me but after using Nioxin and topical treatments with limited results, and being very hesitant to take a pill with side effects, I decided to give it a shot and am very glad I did!

After having my kids, I lost a lot of hair which never really came back, even after a couple years. Not only is this product helpful and my hair is finally starting to grow back, it is really easy to wear around the house which is helpful with small children!

I bought one for myself about 6 months ago when I really started to notice my hair loss. I have been using it religiously for at least the recommended 4 times a week and I now have noticeable hair growth on my temples and my partline is narrower. my hair also seems to be growing in darker and healthier, but maybe that’s just because there is more of it. The difference is noticeable enough that my sister wanted to know what I was doing so she could try too, so I bought her one for Christmas!
My doctor had recommended using a laser hair device to help my thinning hair – I choose this one because I wanted to make sure to get one that would fit my head and stay cool as he also said that heat can hurt hair growth. This works great and I don’t feel any heat at all. It’s easy to wear and keep up with and my wife says she can already start to see a difference in the back. I expect even better results when I hit the recommended couple months of wearing. Definitely recommend trying this.

After seeing this on Costco and doing some research about the technology to make sure it was safe and without side effects, my biggest concerns with some of the other treatments and devices available, I decided to buy it. Not only is it easy to use, I’m seeing new hair growth! I wear it everyday and sometimes more than that. I have been using this regularly since mid Sept. The balding spot on the crown of my head has filled in and when I part my hair it looks like a normal part. I can not part my hair and my scalp does not shine through. The woman who cuts my hair said it doesn’t look like thinning hair.

I do not write reviews thoughtlessly and I do my homework when I have to make an important purchase. I stumbled upon Theradome through a divine manner. I was diagnose with alopecia and my dermatologist had me take several blood test to see why I had this condition. He wanted me to take the blood work because everything in my body was pretty normal except my iron may have been a little low. When he received the blood work still the reading was fine. He prescribed me two medications that made me gain a lot of weight and he recommended me to see my family doctor to get her take on what she though was causing the alopecia. I did more blood work and the results were the same. She referred me to a hematologists and again I had to have two more blood work done for the doctor to figure out what was going on in my body. The results were fine and then this young doctor wanted me be tested for hepatitis C. At this point I felt he was fishing and was going to run up my doctors bill. I never went back to see that doctor. When I was the internet Theradome Ad popped up, so I did my investigation by first trying to contact one of the people who said the product worked (I was not able to get in touch with her). Then I called the company and spoke with a representative who was very knowledgeable about the product. I stopped taking the medicines because of the weight gain (always consult your doctor). The Theradome is FDA APPROVED and recommends usage of 2 times a day. After speaking with the representative and reviewing the company’s website its stated that people who used it more had greater results. So I decided I was going in deep and used it every other day so I can get the maximum results. Many people complain about the price, but if you stop and think about all the money that you have wasted in your lifetime and have nothing to show for it. With this product if you are diligent with the proper use, AND BE PATIENT the result will be worth every penny. I learned of this medical problem when I cut my shoulder length hair to a 1/2 inch cut. For two years my hair would not grow. Since using Theradome (6 months in) my hair grew from 1/2 inch to 4 inches, it is thick and full. I LOVE the Theradome – Every mornng I would get up, take my shower and do my hair. Seeing hair in the sink was a daily ritual (MY HAIR) 🙁 My husband had taken a picture of me at the shooting range, boy was I shocked when I saw how bad it really was. The picture showed many bald spots on my head. For Christmas the following year my son purchased the helmet. I started to use it 2 to 3 times a week. I went to Bosley; the technician told me Bosley could not help me and he suggested Theradome. The hair on top of my head was very thin; you could see my scalp. The line where I parted my hair was very wide. I felt very unattractive. The Theradome started helping within 1-2 weeks because my hair stopped falling out. We are more than pleased with our Theradome! We have been using it for over 18 months. After trying volumizing shampoos, Nioxin and Minoxidil, we wanted to do something more since we continued to see thinning hair and experiencing hair loss. I had tried Minoxidil but just couldn’t handle the twice daily use (and stickiness). We both liked Nioxin but it wasn’t enough. Our hairdresser commented to me she was really seeing my husband’s hair loss and thinning. For several months she suggested that we try various thickening products. They, too, were but momentary illusions. Being a couple, we felt we could easily justify sharing the expense of the Theradome as opposed to paying for various dermatology/hair loss doctor visits. We hoped that at least one of us, if not both, would benefit from its use. After just 4 months of consistent use (3 – 4 times a week), we could see the improvement. Even our hairdresser wondered what we were doing! It’s so easy to use. I use it while applying makeup, brushing teeth or dashing off a few emails. My husband puts it on and watches sports on TV. Your hands are free and you can do just about anything except bend over (because it will fall off!) 20 minutes and it’s done! So easy. Do we have the full head of hair we did in our 30‘s or 40‘s? March 2018: Arrived on time, comes with sturdy carry case. Unit is well made. Easy to use, just charge the Li-ion battery and press the button to start. It talks to you, but it’s not annoying, ‘Ready for treatment, place on head’, …’Five minutes remaining’, …’Treatment No. 2 completed.’ If you take it off your head during treatment the lights go out. With it back on the head the lights come back on, and she says, “Treatment resumed.” It shuts off after 20 minutes. Overall very good design. No discomfort. My wife is using it also. I plan to start with one treatment per day, five times a week, M to F. If any negative results, will reduce to three treatments a week, M-W-F. The instructions say to use it “at least twice a week” and “allow a full 24 hours between treatments.” I expect to see some improvement in existing hair strength after two months, 50 treatments. I expect to see new hair re-growth after 12 months, 260 treatments. I am 58 years old, and get my hair cut about once every ten weeks,… so not much happening up there in one month.
April 2018: I plan to update this review each month with progress, if any.
May 2018 update: It’s working. Using six days a week. After 42 treatments I see stronger hair, the wavyness is coming back, and small new hairs coming in. I have a small red birth mark on my upper forehead, my hair line was well above this mark,, now I see fine hair next to and in front of it again,… the birth mark is not moving up my head! The hair line is moving back down. Increased to 5 stars.
February 2019 Update. We continue to achieve great results. More thicker stronger curlier hair. The hairs that come back are the same color and texture as before. For several years [from about age 54 to 57] I was going about ten weeks between haircuts. Last year I after I started using the Theadome red laser hemit I got my hair cut every six weeks. Now, after nearly a year of treatment, I get my hair cut every three weeks, as I did when I was in my thirties,, the computer at GreatClips is keeping track. The lady at GreatClips can easily see the difference and told me, “Just keep doing exactly what you are doing.” The customer service at Theradome is excellent. The company stands behind their products.
I have been using the Theradome for about 9 months now, and it is really working for me. BT (before Theradome) I was getting very thin on top and sides, losing a lot of hair, even had to move the part line on my chin-length bob. My hair is wavy/curly, and I blow it out straight. AT (after Theradome) I have a nice crop of wavy/bushy hair on the top, sides and back, and even bangs (although I haven’t cut bangs for years). The effect of the new growth on my hairstyle is ridiculous, but constant proof the Theradome is working. In the beginning I also used women’s Rogaine, but I’ve stopped using it regularly and will likely discontinue it altogether. I think by summer the new hair will be long enough to smooth into my usual hairstyle.
I chose Theradome over the other products because it covers much of the head and has a greater number of effective lights than other brands. I can wear it when I’m walking around the house, sitting or standing, and at this point I barely know I’m wearing it. I like the recording saying the treatment number when treatment begins, counting down at 15, 10 and 5 minute intervals, and saying when treatment is complete. It holds a charge for several treatments, and recharging it is simple and easy.
Envious of my success, my husband started using it a few months ago. He has been using men’s Rogaine for many years, and after adding the Theradome treatments he is getting some new hair, but it is not as dramatic as my results.
I rarely write reviews and like you I was extremely skeptical, I purchased this Theradome and have used multiple times a week since Nov 2016. It has made significant difference to strengthen and maintain my hair, regrowth is slow and the helmet therpy is only a step. I added DrFormulas HairOmega 3in1, and my hair is healthier and thicker. The combination nutrition and helmet does show significant results. Give it 6 Months and take the before and after pictures. Don’t waste your money on the extended warranty the product is durable and Im up to 240+ treatments.

I have always had fine thin oily hair. When I started getting almost bare patches on top and my scalp got itchy I went to a dermatologist. She told me this was due to decreased estrogen and that a lot of her patients were helped by minoxidil (use a generic because it’s a lot cheaper than the brand name). I started minoxidil, but twice a day was a real pain. I read an article in the New York Times about the Theradome and checked it out. Since the instructions said some users had gotten even better results using both minoxidil and the Theradome and I was already using minoxidil, I decided to try the Theradome 3x/week and continue using minoxidil, but only once a day at night. I was very pleased with the results, My scalp no longer itches and my hair has gotten thicker, is no longer oily, and the regrowth of hair is now obvious. Yes, you have to continue using it or you revert back to losing your hair, but to me it’s worth the effort.

I have been using the Theradome PRO LH80 for 5 years. Initially it stopped my hair loss and then it grew new hair. My original hair was straight, fine and without any body. Today it has more body and is slightly waved so it looks fuller. It is easy to use as you can just wear it while working at the computer. I got excellent results with twice a week usage. I think it is especially good for women.

Love this machine. Really gets so much of your head. U can walk around. Easy to juice up every 3/4treatments or so. Comfortable and worth the money. Been using for maybe a year now along with propecia and minoxidil. Am a woman in my 60’s. Also take iron and b vitamins. I think all of it together helps except in the frontal area of my head. But my hair is definitely thicker so I will continue using everything……my hair looks normal nothing that one could now notice and that’s a good thing.
It helped me grow hair. After just four weeks of four-times-per-week treatment, along with taking biotin, shampooing my hair less often and less vigorously, massaging my scalp twice daily (15 unidirectional strokes with a boar bristle brush over each thinning part, and daily sun exposure, I noticed a reversal of my hair thinning. Two weeks later I noticed my hair getting fuller. After five months, it stopped turning on, but the company immediately made it right. (They even sent me a couple free bottles of biotin gummy bears for my trouble!) Without the use of the Theradome, but continuing the other interventions, above, my hair maintained its gains….for about three weeks, until it started thinning again. I can’t wait for my new Theradome!! Now the details: 1) I have a really big head, and it was plenty large for me, including shining on my receding hairline in front. 2) It does not interfere with other activities; I routinely drove to work with it on; although it does feel a little odd. 3) The mechanism by which it pauses when you take it off your head during a treatment, always works, but seems inconsistent about what happens when I put it back on my head. 4) I think it needs to be charged every week; I would use it until it died (during the second week on one charge), and that may have contributed to its later malfunction.
Decision making is not always a clear cut and exacting exercise. You want to make good decisions because you want to maximize the benefits that you receive from them. Rational people usually base their decisions on what they know, sourced expert knowledge, and probably most often others experiential knowledge. That being said, I chose the Theradome PRO LH80 because I wanted to maximize the best possible outcome for my situation. As many of you I have I used Minoxidil over the years, and sporadically other oral medications, with limited positive results. I had also tried a minimal course of hair replacement surgery in the early stages with less than optimal outcome. The loss continued, albeit more slowly, over the years and recently entered the unacceptable stage. I knew chemicals and surgery where not going to give me the benefits that I wanted. Checking the current state of the science I came across a couple of Australian doctors, experts in hair restoration techniques. They are on YouTube, look for “The Hair Loss Show” if you are interested. They give a good survey of the current state of the art options for treating hair loss. It was from them that I learned of using low level laser light therapy for hair loss. Not a perfect solution, but one that fit my current needs and I believed would give me the best chance for success. In doing additional research I saw the advantages in using medical lasers vs LEDs in the treatment process. Armed with this knowledge I went into the market to see what was available, but more importantly what was seen as effective by others. Based on reviews and testimonials from the public I saw the Theradome Pro LH80 as my best option. It offered the best possible solution for the price for me. A leading factor in choosing the LH80 was the customer service shown by the company. All things electrical break down sooner or later. I saw that the company stepped up and stood behind their product. This was a big plus for me, and as it turned out useful as I had a problem with my unit which they corrected quickly. Never leaving me to feel like I was on my own. As for the results? I am just getting to the five-month mark and I am seeing stronger existing hair and some new hair sprouting. A much better result than the Minoxidil, which I have stopped using. I will try to update over time. Is it the best choice for you? Only you can make that decision, make the best one for you

I have two Theradomes, the older louder one volume version, and the newer quieter one. I worked for the leader in hair restoration, when I first tried using Theradome. I had thinning around the front of my hair and some thinning in the middle. At this time, my hair was short, so I couldn’t hide it very well. However, the reason I tried the device wasn’t a selfish one, I wanted to know if the device I was supposed to try to sell, actually worked. It does. That said, you need to see a physician, preferably a Board Certified Urologist, Dermatologist and/or Plastic Surgeon who specializes in hair, before trying anything to regrow your hair. LET ME PUT THIS IN CAPS, ONLY SEE A PHYSICIAN THAT SPECIALIZES IN HAIR. You’re not profitable to the ones who aren’t, and you’ll often leave your appointment confused and devoid of any answers or new info. I’ve seen it happen far too many times. I’m not being paid for this and I have no affiliation with my former employer. However, I learned a lot from the surgeon I worked with, and I learned a lot from our patients, and from practicing patience. Until you know the root cause of your hair loss, don’t spend money on pills, products or devices. Hair grows in cycles, results aren’t going to happen overnight. I’d say to wait six months, before taking progress pictures. If you’re a man and you’ve lost hair in the front and your skin is smooth and there are no follicular openings or fine hairs visible, you will almost 100% need hair restoration to have any chance of regrowth, in that area. LLLT, Rx medication, PRP and HT, work for most, but not all. They also all work best, in the crown area. You may need a combo of two non-surgical treatments or a better diet. If you’re a man and you have hair loss in your family—anywhere on either side—your chances of losing hair increases. If you’re a man and you have hair loss on both sides, you’ll probably have greater hair loss, and it will probably begin at an early age. If you’re a black woman and you’re losing hair in the center of your scalp and it’s starting to fan out, you need to see a Dermatologist who specializes in hair immediately! I could go on, but again, I’m not getting paid for this. Just see a doctor first. Theradome is amazing, for me. It worked for me. I saw a Board Certified HT surgeon and a Dermatologist prior to using anything. Take care of yourself good humans. Bye
In current market, a good hair stimulating laser devise would cost you at least 5 times more than what you can get with Theradome. They did a really professional job and I already got 3 for my friends.

I bought Theradome for my Mom when I noticed she had started thinning at her part. It took my Mom about 8 months to really see a major difference and she was wearing Theradome 3 x a week. I couldn’t believe how much difference it made for her. Her hair is almost back to the way it was 5 years ago. Even my sister commented the other day about how much thicker my Moms hair is looking. So, after I started to see more hair coming out in my brush than usual, I decided to get a Theradome for myself.
No body likes hair loss and ever since it started for me, it really affected my self esteem. I have now completed my 55th treatment. I have not only seen a substantial increase in new hair, but my hair stylist comments on the increase every time I see her. I urge everyone to read the complete instructions before using. In my haste to get started, I just read the quick start instructions and started using this every day. After a couple weeks, I read the complete instructions and it said that daily use might actually decrease hair growth and I also discovered that it should be used on freshly cleaned hair, free of hair products. After that, I used it every other day for about 3 months. I have noticed my hair is so much easier to style and I believe that is because I have more hair and I don’t have to worry about combing my hair every which way to hide the bald spots. Now I use the Theradome about twice a week and that seems to be maintaining my new hair growth. It is kind of a pain to wash and dry my hair, put the theradome on, then wet my hair again in order to style it, but it’s a small inconvenience for the benefit of getting back my hair. I had it since 2017 and used it at least three times a week for hair stimulations. I used it when I exercise on my manual bike. I am a senior and my bald spot is now covered with thin hair. I would not hesitate to buy it again if a newly improved helmet comes up from Theradome.

The helmet is super easy to use and I can feel the light sensation on my scalp. It actually feels very good. It is somewhat hard to say if I had not started using it what my hair would look like but I can assume the helmet is working well and I am happy so that is all that matters. The customer service is impeccable! I was already very secure with my decision to purchase this very comfortable helmet because the top hair transplant doctor in the Western United States said it worked wonders for his patients. I was skeptical when I first purchased my Theradome Pro, so I took a “before” picture of my scalp. The first thing I noticed was my hair stopped falling out. After I used the product as directed for 90 days, I took and another picture of my scalp. My bald spot was smaller and I could see new hair growth! Somewhat skeptical at first, but I knew that this was a therapy used in doctor’s offices before it became available to the general public. I have a history of female hair loss in my family and have taken some major steps to combat this – I take finasteride (limits fall out) and use minoxidil foam (promotes growth). But, five weeks after starting using Theradome the results have been REMARKABLE. My hair feels thicker overall, and there is no doubt new baby hairs growing in. It used to take me about 10 minutes to blow dry my hair, and my brushes would be full of hair 🙁 . Now it takes up to 20-25 minutes to dry my hair! I’m NOT COMPLAINING! My husband is using Theradome too, and he has seen decent growth coming back (although his might take longer, since he has lost more hair). We are both in our mid-fifties and live healthy lifestyles, but usually there is no way around hair loss. Well, now there is! I highly highly recommend this product. I read about 100 reviews (due diligence!!) and just to LYK, we have had no issues with re-charging or holding a charge. We kept the box JIC. Theradome is easy to use while relaxing, while reading or while watching television. The helmet counts the treatments and keeps a running total. It can remind you of how long is left in each session. If you do not like this feature you can turn it off. You can also adjust the volume.
The most important thing for me is that this company is committed to your success. Many companies are focused primarily or solely on sales. However, from personal experience I can say the service after the sale is important to Theradome. The customer service is outstanding. I can’t stress this enough. This company went the extra mile.
I believe they employ individuals who understand the pain and heartbreak of hair loss. As a woman, losing my once thick, long hair was extremely difficult and depressing. I have shed many tears. Bought my Theradome about a month ago, so far very pleased with the product and the company. The helmet is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I registered my helmet on the Theradome website and customer service has been very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The voice that guides you through your treatments is not intrusive and it is helpful to track how many treatments you have completed. The company states that it can take 6 months to start seeing results, so I will update this review in the coming months but very excited about this product so far!

I have two spots where my hair was thin. I saw some improvement in that area but lots of new hair in others so my hair is now thicker than before. This took two months before I saw some results.
If I were to rate Theradome, I would give it 1 billion. I am beyond satisfied. My physician recommended that I buy it when I started realizing that my hair was falling out and I used it. My hair started to regrow and thicken and all the areas that were balding started to regrow. My mother and my older brother hairs are thinning and I will buy it for them. I’m grateful for the brains behind this.
I have been using Theradome for nearly 4 years and it has helped me recover most of my hair. The therapy is time consuming but it does work only if if u catch it in time before the hair follicles close completly
You can wear the helmet at home while you conduct normal everyday activities or just watch TV. It is only 20 minutes a session and gives you time left updates. My hair loss has stopped since I have been using it. And if you have any problems or questions, their customer service is second to none. Very responsive and accommodating. If you are concerned about your hair loss and want to do something about it, I recommend considering this product.

Great and Amazing Product. I have had the Theradome PRO Laser Hair Growth Helmet LH80 since September 2017 and have been using it every night. It is very easy to use, perfect size, lightweight, and very comfortable whenever it is on my head. I just watched TV or iPad while using it and it only takes 20 minutes every night. I have noticed an improvement in my hair density over the past 3.5 years. Of course, it won’t give you an apparent result in a short period of time, but just be patient and use it every night, it will definitely show some improvement over time.
Theradome is a great hair therapy! Have been having hair falling and thinning for the past few years, since using the Theradome hair is firmer and hair loss improved visibly.
Healthier scalp. Theradome is easy to use, just remember to charge it at least once a month if not using it in oder to keep the battery from draining and having to replace it. Overall my scalp feels more invigorated when I use theradome.

Theradome is Fantastic. The Theradome is easy to use. Only twice a week and after a few months I noticed less hair falling out as well as new hair growing in. I have used it for more than 100 treatments and I continue to see improvement to my hair growth. I highly recommend this product. The customer service is excellent as well. My charger broke and I emailed the customer service. within 24 hours they called me. I did not answer that call, but they tried me again the next day. You do not see this level of service ever with products. Very impressed.

I have used the Theradome helmet for over a year. I had thinning areas, shedding and a bald spot. After one month, no more shedding and the bald sport started filling in. By three months my hair was overall healthier. By six months my hair was growing nicely all over my head. I highly recommend Theradome if you have problems with hair loss of shedding.
Legit laser diodes, as where many of the competitors have LED lights (just take a cheap flashlight if that’s what you want). The laser diodes make this a very effective treatment. I can actually feel it. I see a difference. I’m glad I purchased it. I’ve already recommend this product to others and figure I’d do that here too.

This absolutely works – greatly reduced loss & definitely encouraged growth. Used for early stages of hair thinning – prior to use was beginning to see scalp, no longer a problem! Huge investment but has paid off. Used more often than instructions – 3x weekly (instead of 2x) 1st few weeks and now bi weekly for maintenance, used on dry hair (not damp). No side effects, never used with any other growth product – this alone solved the problem. Must be diligent, disciplined to use regularly. Wish it were lighter weight so only gave 3* for ease of use.

I have had 9 sessions with the device so far. Using it for about 3 weeks. I have to say, compared to other laser devices I have used (this is my third), this is so much easier! I don’t have to move it across my head, the audio notifications of progress are great, its relatively comfortable, I can do things while using it, the battery charge seems to go on for much longer than I expected. It’s very easy to use while working on a computer or watching TV, etc. It’s hard to say if it works yet. I’m only on the 10th session. I’m using exactly as directed. Slightly less hair falling out,,, maybe. That could be my imagination. We’ll have to see after a few months, but thumbs up so far. Way easier than special scalp shampoos and other chemicals. If this does work, even a little, it’s worth every penny. It has zero impact on my busy schedule unlike chemical scalp or hair treatments.
I’ve been using it for 4 months and I can honestly say I’m so happy with the results – my hair feels healthier, there isn’t as much falling out and my bald spots are starting fill in. After having my kids, I lost a lot of hair which never really came back, even after a couple years. Not only is this product helpful and my hair is finally starting to grow back, it is really easy to wear around the house which is helpful with small children!

I bought one for myself about 6 months ago when I really started to notice my hair loss. I have been using it religiously for at least the recommended 4 times a week and I now have noticeable hair growth on my temples and my partline is narrower. my hair also seems to be growing in darker and healthier, but maybe that’s just because there is more of it. I have been using this regularly since mid Sept. The balding spot on the crown of my head has filled in and when I part my hair it looks like a normal part. I can not part my hair and my scalp does not shine through. The woman who cuts my hair said it doesn’t look like thinning hair.

I dampen my hair and part it with a wide tooth comb, place the device on my head 4 night per week. I noticed the areas where the hair was very sparse are actually filling in. I heard that these caps work very well, but they don’t always work for everyone. I have hereditary thinning of hair on top, so I was a perfect candidate for this product. I purchased this because my hair had thinned to almost nothing due to chemo therapy cancer treatment. In about 6 weeks my hair is growing back! I like the voice telling me what treatment # I’m on, and also how many minutes are left during the 20 minute treatment.p, but I gave it a 5 since it actually works.
This devise does exactly what it claims to do. My wife and I have been using our Theradome every other day for about a month now. We are both seeing new growth. I got a hair cut a few days ago and my barber asked me what I was doing because she saw my “solar panel” disappearing. That’s a good sign it’s working when the person who cuts your hair notices when you first sit in the chair.
I purchased this as a gift for a relative but due to the virus, I could not take it to her. After looking at it for a while, I was curious to see if it would have any effect on my thick hair, which has no obvious thinning. I wore the helmet almost daily. Often, as I was stuck at home, I hit the start button a second time. I did about (not even going to say) sessions in 2 months. Many times my hair was dirty (instructions say to use it on clean hair). However, I did wash some of my hair roots when I washed my face at night. I really did not follow the instructions very well at all, and I used it more than recommended. It seemed to affect my forehead hairline the most. I saw tiny new hairs at about 3 weeks and about an inch of growth at 2 months. I used a magnifying mirror to see the first new hair. I now have a fringe of new hair that could soon be wispy bangs. I also can see new short hairs poking out further back in my hair. Do not bend forward while wearing the helmet, it will fall off. I’ve trained myself not to bend forward but still might attach some type of chin strap. I now need to buy a second helmet and I’m glad I can prove to my skeptical relative that this is worth trying on her thinning hair.
I received my Theradome helmet about 30 days ago and have used it every other day and since then I have noticed that I have not shed my hair as I did before. Hair growth in 2 months. I received my Theradome in early June 2020 and it has only been two months and I can already see hair growth. Within the first 3 weeks I didn’t have my usual hair loss after washing my hair. I immediately ordered one for my sister who also suffers from thin and spotty hair.
Great Product, results in 3-4 weeks. I have been researching about hair regrowth products for the past 5-6 years and tried many things including Minoxidil, Propecia, various herbal oils etc,. Nothing seemed to work much. I bought this product after a lot of hesitation, other laser hair growth devices are at least thrice the price and the reviews seemed to be mixed.Anyway, I bought this from Costco when there was an additional discount and started using it regularly at the frequency mentioned. Every alternate day immediately after shower for 20 minutes. I had a thinly populated forehead and I used to apply Toppik hair fibers whenever I had to go to office or visit friends. As of the 6th week of using Theradome, I could reduce the amount of hair fibers and by 16th week or so, I completely stopped applying hair fibers. One word of caution though, this is not going to cure your baldness completely. You will have to follow other steps as well. In my opinion, the main causes of hair loss are hormonal and the quality of water at home. Theradome will help you manage with the hair loss resulting from hormonal and biological causes, but you will still have to take care of the water filters at home.
Best results than other products. I’ve used it every day for 20 minutes for the last 36 days without any side effects. I’ve noticed a difference when running my hands through my hair, it’s not so thin. My husband and kids have noticed they can’t see as much as my scalp on top as before. Along with the 20 minutes every day, I’ve also stopped using thinning shampoo and conditioner and stop taking biotin pills. I’m very excited to about the quick results and the progress.
Like the other reviews, I found the helmet didn’t have a snug fit with the provided pads and contacted the company. They quickly sent me additional pads for no cost. I really liked being automatically registered with their company when I purchased it through Costco. The Theradome also qualified for my FSA reimbursement.

It really works. I purchased this for my husband whose hair was getting a lot thin on top of his head. We took a picture of his head before he started with the cap. We took a picture last weekend week 7 and there is a difference. He has more hair, it is a bit shorter then his existing hair, but the hair is growing.
So far so good! I have had this two months and can see some progress!
Works well. Easy to use. I found my bald circle’s diameter decline from 3″ to 2″ in two months. And my hair volume was fuller overall. No downsides noted.

Easy to use. This product is easy to use. I have noticed more hair where my scalp was beginning to thin. There are fine strands beginning to grow. I supplement with biotin and use this 4 times a week. It works!

Easy & Effective. I can’t believe it really works! It took 4-6 weeks to see any results, but new hair is definitely growing in. The Theradome is easy to use, and it’s a great excuse to just sit for 20 minutes and do nothing, or do something quiet like read or play a computer game.

Seems to be working! I bought this aboit a month and a half ago for my mother who’s 83 years old who’s been concerned about the amount of hair she sees on the floor after taking a shower. She’s very satisfied about the product. she says she’s seen an improvement (less falling hair) and convenient to use. She uses it while watching the TV.

Thicker Hair. I bought this two months ago and so glad I did. I can already see new and thicker hair growth.
Seems to be working well. I am pleasantly surprised as I was very skeptical but was looking for a solutions for my thinning hair. No bald spots but thinner so wanted to be proactive. I’ve been using it for about a month and my hair seems to be thicker and I can no longer see my scalp through my hair. Very pleased.

Really works well! I am a male in 40s, I bought this product after seeeing it in costco connection magazine with $100 OFF. I started using this for 2 months now. The hair fall has completly stopped and seeing new hair growth and it just kept coming!. My daughter took photos before the treatment started , and today I asked her to take a look and and do another photo session. She was like wow!! Dad you got more hair now and started laughing. I wish I could share the before and after photos, but costco did not have an option to upload the photos. Any way this product is working for me, you could also give a try if it does not work you can return in 6 months.
Love it. My wife and I are extremely happy with this helmet. We have been using it together for about a month and though we have not seen extreme results yet, we are starting to notice that or hair is getting thicker. This has been an excellent investment so far. We Are confident that we will continue to see positive results.
Buy a wig or grow hair! I have used my Theradome for 18 sessions (every other day) and am seeing the beginning of hair growth. I’m female, descendant of a Swedish grandmother who at 90 had 22 hairs on her head. I doubt I will follow her, given my recent acquisition of hair. No wig needed for me if this continues.

Easy Peasy. I started using my Theradome July 8, 2020. It is easy to use. My hair stylist noticed a few small new hairs protruding from my scalp in the area of hair loss. Here’s hoping for a return to a full head of hair.
Easy to use. I have tried some of the hair regrowth foams and this Theradome is so much easier to use. No more sticky foam on my scalp every day messing up the hairdo. The Theradome is comfortable and I can be multitasking while using it. I appreciate the auto notification about time remaining.
After 55 treatments – Some new growth showing. I have had a rather large bald spot on the crown of my head for about 20 years. I finally decided to do something about it when I read about the Theradome EVO Laser available through Costco.I received my Theradome in early June and have used it faithfully 4-5 times per week since then. The sessions are easy. You just wear the helmet for 20 minutes. At the start of each session, the helmet tells you which treatment number you are about to start, and then gives you a reminder every 5 minutes of the amount of time remaining until completion of the 20 minute session. At the end of the session, it turns off automatically. Recharging with the provided USB chargers is easy and quick.You don’t feel anything during the treatment. After the first two weeks, I noticed my hair appeared to be growing faster and thicker. I didn’t expect any results on the bald spot for at least 2 months. By month 3, I did notice hair grown in the bald area and my barber confirmed he did see growth during my haircut this week.There is still a long way to go to have it completely fill in, but I’m pleased with the results thus far.

Actually works! I have very low expectations but have been blown away. I’m a 45yo female who’s hair started to thin a few years ago after having extremely thick hair all my life. I am thrilled to say that after 43 treatments I see a significant improvement in how thick and how much more new hair growth I have. I used it every other day and will continue to do so for at least a few more weeks before I go into “maintenance mode”.
Fast visible results. I am on treatment #24 (roughly 8 weeks)..thicker hair. some new hair coming out dark (vs. grey). Filled in very thin area. Stopped Hair Loss. I don’t believe I’ve experienced hair regrowth yet, but I have little to no hair coming out when washing it and my hairbrush has very minimal hair in it now! That’s great for me considering I have very fine hair! Would recommend this product!
Elated!! I bought and began using my Theradome EVO LH40 5 months ago. I just completed treatment 81. I felt the need to express my joy! I am 61 and had problems with my hair thinning. Easy to use, comfortable! Excellent results! After about 3 months of use, my hair is thicker and stronger. There is a marked difference in the thickness of my hair strands, and the growth is much more dense.
Holy cow this thing works! I have to admit I was suspicious that this thing was yet another hair growth miracle scam, but costco doesn’t sell junk, and it was on sale, so I figured I give it a shot. I made the mistake of initially using it 4 consecutive days (4 days a week). A month after I switched to using it every other day, I can definitely see some small hairs emerging. Who would have thought that red lights would stimulate hair growth!

Reduced hair loss. Have used it daily for 17 sessions. The hair loss when washing my hair is reduced by atleast 50%. Even if no additional hair growth I will be very pleased by the reduction of loss.
